By optimizing system configurations and removing inefficiencies, operations became smoother with fewer disruptions. NCC’s proactive approach also reduced unnecessary costs, helping the company get the most value from its cloud investments.

Additionally, Amazon EKS was deployed for container orchestration and Amazon WorkSpaces Secure Browser to support secure remote access.
While the number of services and instances expanded, cost optimization remained a priority. Through effective resource management, the company successfully reduced total monthly cloud expenses compared to the previous month, highlighting a well-maintained balance between performance and cost efficiency.
The company aimed to improve both its cloud security and compliance by following the Center for Internet Security (CIS) and AWS Foundational Security Best Practices (FSBP) guidelines. Initially, its security score was only 32%, highlighting services that required improvement. We collaborated closely with the company to implement remediation strategies and develop a plan to enhance its security measures. As a result, the company has now achieved a score of 84% on the CIS benchmark, with no critical findings. This improvement strengthened its security and ensured compliance with CIS standards.
Since adopting NCC Managed Services in July 2024, the company has successfully transitioned to a fully managed service model that supports business growth and adapts to changing needs while handling increasing workloads. This transition has also improved security and compliance, supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy as it continues to take on more projects.
