“We are now much more confident, as we no longer have to worry about the risk of data loss or downtime, even during disruptions. During disaster recovery drill tests, we achieved our RTO and RPO targets, with much faster backup and recovery processes and minimal downtime risk,” stated Yasir Arif Abdullah, the Head of Infrastructure.

Operational performance also improved significantly. System recovery time became approximately 60% faster, allowing the IT team to restore services more quickly. Better infrastructure management and resource optimization also improved efficiency, reducing IT operational costs by approximately 40%.
Since the implementation, Enesis Group has not experienced any major downtime, showing a more stable and reliable IT environment. The improved system reliability gives greater confidence to operational teams as they manage production and business operations across multiple locations.
